Postage.

Jewels 'n' Jems offers free delivery on all U.K orders over £35.00. All orders placed in the U.K under £35.00 are standard postage of £3.25

All orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class unless otherwise specified.

Special delivery can be available by request and are subject to additional costs.

 

Delivery Times.

We will aim to dispatch your jewellery within 7 working days. In some cases (custom designs) dispatch may take longer and we will keep you informed of any delay.

 

International Orders.

We welcome International orders, prices for postage are available in our online shop section. Purchasers are responsible for any taxes or customs charges of the product on entry to the specific Country. Please allow upto 15 working days for delivery.

 

Refunds/ Exchanges.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 28 day refund/ exchange policy.

Refunds are given to items returned in the original packaging. All refunds exclude the cost of postage.

The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Due to hygiene reasons Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
